Terms
The house rules — brief, fair, and written to be read.
01Reservations
A reservation request is confirmed only once our team replies by email or phone. Day passes are redeemable against food & beverage as indicated on each destination's pricing. We hold reserved sunbeds and tables for 30 minutes past the booked time.
02Membership
Membership is personal, non-transferable and reviewed by the club. Fees are billed as stated on the membership page of each destination and do not renew without notice. The club may decline or revoke membership at its discretion, with a pro-rata refund of unused time.
03Boutique orders
Orders placed online are reservations of pieces, prepared and paid for at the club boutique. We hold pieces for seven days after confirmation. Prices are shown in the destination's currency and may change between seasons.
04House rules
The club is a shared, photographed, and occasionally filmed space. Respect the room, the staff and the neighbours at the next lounger. Management may refuse entry or service where the atmosphere of the club is at risk.
05Liability
Swim, sun and celebrate at your own reasonable risk. The club is liable only as required by the law of the destination you visit (Lebanon for Beirut, the UAE for Dubai), and is not responsible for personal items left unattended.
