Privacy
The short version: we only keep what you hand us, we only use it to serve you, and we never sell it.
01What we collect
When you request a reservation, apply for membership, place a boutique order or write to us, we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number and the content of your request. Nothing more is gathered behind your back: no advertising trackers, no sale of data, ever.
02How we use it
Your details are used solely to answer you: to confirm a table, review an application, prepare an order, or reply to an enquiry. We may email you about your specific request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
03Where it lives
Requests are stored on our own systems and shared only with the small team that handles reservations and the boutique in the destination you contacted (Beirut or Dubai). We keep them only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record-keeping.
04Your rights
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@karenwazenbeachclub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
05Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser's storage and never leaves your device until you place an order.
